On 21 November 2023, the second batch of police supplies from China is handed over to Vanuatu. Chinese Ambassador Li Minggang and Vanuatu Minister of Internal Affairs Rick Tchamako Mahe signed the handover certificates on behalf of both governments.

Worth 27 million vatu, the second batch consists of one set of electronic forensic equipment, a 16-seater bus and other training gear.
