On October 31, 2024, the Chinese Embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vanuatu, successfully held the 3rd "Ambassador Cup" Basketball Friendship Match at Korman Stadium. Ambassador Li Minggang, Hon. DPM and Minister of Foreign Affairs Matai Seremaiah, officials from Foreign Ministry, embassy staff, and representatives from Chinese agencies in Vanuatu, totally over 60 people attended the event.
