On November 21 2025, Ambassador Li Minggang attended the handover ceremony of China-Aid Solar E-Classroom to Tafea College in Tanna Island. Hon. Minister of Internal Affairs Andrew Solomon Napuat, President of Tafea Province Andrew Iawak, representatives from Tafea Provincial Government and Tafea College, totaling around a hundred people attended.

Ambassador Li said that China supports the development of education and other areas of Vanuatu. The Solar E-Classroom will provide a platform for young students in Vanuatu to learn more about China and connect with the world.

Hon. Napuat expressed heartfelt thanks for China’s selfless assistance in various fields and urge students to make the best use of the Solar E-Classroom, and contribute to the development of Vanuatu and the friendship between Vanuatu and China.
